Role Overview:
The Warehouse Courier is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products while maintaining a professional appearance and upholding the company’s high standards of customer service. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends if necessary, and the ability to work independently in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with both internal teams and customers.
Your responsibilities are – but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and organized deliveries to our JMM galleries (stores).

Liaison and navigate a warehouse setting

Interact with the retail team and other cross-functional partners as appropriate,if not daily

Uphold and project the company’s devotion to the customer service experience.

Comply with Jacques Marie Mage’s appearance guidelines and have a professional image and demeanor.

Navigate traffic routes and weather conditions while working with limited supervision.

Ensure the safe delivery of all products.

Ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured safely and returned to the appropriate location.

Assist manager and supervisor with day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

A clean driving record means in the last 3 years, that you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation, or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations, and no reckless driving incidents, and in the last 7 years

Driving Defense Certificate required; preferably no longer than 6 months old

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.

The ability to work in all weather conditions, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.

Flexibility in shift patterns (work hours) to meet our customers’ demands.

An understanding of luxury customer service and their expectations with strong communication skills.
