Requirements of a Lead Installer:
- 2 years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
- Required to have acrylic installation experience
- Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required
- Experience with commercial, high rise and multi unit remodeling preferred
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs. consistently
- Ability to interact professionally with Customers.
- Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
- Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
- For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a background and DMV check
- Punctual
- Hard worker

- We provide trucks and tools!
- 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x)
- Typical schedule is Monday- Friday overtime
- The hourly pay rate is based on experience. We are hiring at two different levels;
- Installer- $28
- Certified Installer - $31 (MUST have Acrylic experience)
- Lead Installers also qualify for bi-weekly bonus based on quality of installations
What you offer as a Construction Lead:
- 2 years in the construction field: finish carpentry, plumbing, bathroom remodel or in-home renovation experience preferred, with ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square; ability to use power tools; ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to maintain pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Possess reasoning ability with diagnostic skills to get issues resolved quickly and efficiently
- Punctual, hard working, reliable

What we offer our Construction Leads:

- Stable and constant 40 hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x) if wanted; Bi-Weekly Pay
- Pay: $28-31 per/hr, bonuses OT
