We are looking to add a Regional Director of Production (West) to oversee and enhance our production operations across the western region (Portland, Seattle, Phoenix and Tucson). This leadership role is crucial for ensuring that production/installation processes align with the company's goals for safety, quality, on time delivery, cost, inventory and customer satisfaction. This position plays a crucial role in driving production excellence and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute production/Installation strategies that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Oversee the performance of multiple Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Sr. Production Managers and their teams to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Care, Quality Assurance, and supply chain, to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for installation metrics, regularly review performance to drive continuous improvement and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Accountable for the management of the company's inventory and the oversight of continuous restocking procedures at each location.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for production/installation activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process enhancement methodologies.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure production capabilities meet market demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all facilities.

Compensation is $130,000 depending on experience
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in production management or operations leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a regional or multi-site management role.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence.
- Experience developing programs, processes, metrics, and procedures to enable an effective scale-up of production/installation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with ERP systems and production management software. (Infor LN experience is a plus)
- Ability to travel frequently within the western region to support production facilities.
