We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sr. Manager, ERP/MRP Support to manage and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing resource planning (MRP) system- Infor LN. This role will be responsible for system support, development, and integration to optimize business processes, streamline operations, and drive strategic improvements. The ideal candidate MUST have hands-on experience with Infor LN and a strong understanding of manufacturing and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:System Support and Maintenance
- Manage daily support operations for Infor - LN ERP and MRP systems, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing timely solutions to business users.
- Monitor and maintain system health, including database integrity and performance optimization.
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements within the Infor LN environment.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business analytics and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between Infor LN and other business systems.
Process Improvement and Optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document technical specifications and develop best practices for system usage.
Project Management
- Lead or participate in system upgrade and implementation projects.
- Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities for system changes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
User Training and Documentation
- Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive user guides.
- Provide technical and functional support to users across various departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience leading Application Development and Support Teams
- 5 years of experience working with Infor LN ERP/MRP systems, including development and support.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience is a plus.Familiarity with databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
- Experience with other enterprise software integrations.
