Entry Level Assembly Technician

Overview
Jada Windows is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a mechanical knowledge and have experience in assembling products. Previous experience with hand and power tools is preferred but not required. This role is crucial in ensuring that our assembly quotas are met while exceeding all quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate packaging materials and securely wrap items to prevent damage during transit.
• Perform checks to ensure product is properly sealed and labeled, and that the contents are accurate.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and use all equipment correctly.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools, as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools is useful but not required.
• Experience working on an assembly line or similar production environment is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• STRONG teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Must be able to work in, on, around, over, and under fixed equipment, power tools, and machinery; manipulate heavy equipment, tools, and supplies and/or lift 40 lbs on a routine basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
