What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Service Worker position at Jadan, Inc.?

-18 years of age and possess at least a high school diploma or GED

-Experience providing direct care services to the elderly and/or persons with disabilities

-Provide personal care services for recipients as outlined in their care plan

-Recognize the inherent dignity of each person/family served and preserve their right to confidentiality and respect

-Demonstrate empathy toward the elderly and persons with disabilities
