As a BCBA at Jade, you’ll take on a fulfilling leadership role, guiding both your clients and clinical team to success. You’ll:
Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs.
- Mentor and train behavior technicians, ensuring they feel confident and capable.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Conduct assessments and create treatment goals that lead to real progress.
- Lead team meetings, supervise cases, and provide ongoing support to junior BCBAs.
- Help shape the regional clinical strategy alongside our Clinical Director.
- BCBA Certification
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis) - 2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience with children with autism
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience designing programs & training staff
- Proficiency in DTT, NET/NATS, and verbal behavior approaches
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA, etc.)
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
