Job Details
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Work location is not remote, candidate needs to visit couple of days to Client office in Sunnyvale, CA)
Skills: Experience with Workday integration s platform, experience in integration and Workday studio, Writing complex studio programs, should have worked on Payroll integrations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Primary experience is required in integration and studio and workday HCM is good to have
- Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Workday platform.
- Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration s platform.
- Involve in building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.
- Analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis as required, and provide ISI business teams with cost efficient proposals on inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.
- Create functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver the technical objects.
- Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents and functional specifications.
Skill/Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience working on the Workday platform and Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features including user management, roles/profiles, permission, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, conditions rules, validations, business process and notifications.
- Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
- Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.
- Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
- Workday Pro Certifications Integrations and HCM preferred.
