Key Responsibilities:
New Store Setup & Operations:
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of a new store opening, including store layout, merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate and execute store openings in collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, logistics, and visual merchandising).
- Ensure the store is ready for launch with all necessary operational systems in place (POS, stock systems, etc.).
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing store team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and implement training programs that equip staff with the skills to meet operational and customer service standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that reflects the company's values.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Maintain and optimize inventory levels, ensuring that the store is always stocked with the right products.
- Implement and monitor compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Ensure that all staff members are delivering superior customer service, with a focus on creating an engaging and welcoming store environment.
- Resolve customer issues and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Analyse customer data and trends to improve service offerings and drive sales.

- Regularly review store operations and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new retail technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in opening new stores or managing large-scale retail operations.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and train a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
