We are seeking a Virtual Personal Assistant to support our CEO and his Executive Assistant with a wide range of personal and professional administrative tasks. Your role will be critical in ensuring the seamless operation of both personal and business affairs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining a meticulously organized calendar, encompassing both business and family commitments, to avoid double bookings or scheduling conflicts.
- Obtaining quotes for various needs and consistently making recommendations for final decisions.
- Assisting with personal and business travel plans, including international trips, Airbnb accommodations, resorts, and more.
- Supporting the administration of the company’s daily tasks.
- Assisting the CEO with IT improvements or resolving issues.
- Providing occasional support during weekends to address urgent matters.
- Updating and syncing contacts from various platforms.
- Managing bill payments and setting up autopayments to ensure financial matters run smoothly.
