Sales Specialist

This job is starting at $15 per hour plus bonus pay for each sale you get. We will add $15 per sale for the first 5 sales each week, sales 6-10 will be an additional $20 per sale and each sale after #11 will be an additional $25 per sale. You should have no problem averaging $20-$35 ( can be higher if you are a dedicated sales person)an hour of you are a good sales person. Jae-Tech Llc is a local Internet and TV and Home Security Dealer, so you will be selling internet and TV and Home security. We also do local installations for internet, tv and wiring etc.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat and in person
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

-Go door to door or business to business (Dtv) for additional sales opportunities

-If there aren't any calls coming in, you will have access to company admin for social media profiles to get online sales/leads
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
- Process orders
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English! Fluent in Spanish Bonus (both written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

- Have the Ability for people hear your smile through the phone (even if it's fake)

- Have the motivation to want as many sales as possible

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

This position is going to be Mon-Fri or Mon on Tue off then Wed-Sat

• 10:00 am-6:00 pm. This will be a work from home for a few months possibly. Must have a decent internet from home (I can help with that)

FBI background check required! You will be dealing with customers personal information like social security numbers, birthday and billing information. So you may not have any level 2 misdemeanor or felony conviction on your record

Pay: $600.00 - $2,500.00 per week
