Role Overview
Jaeger-LeCoultre is seeking dynamic and results-driven sales professionals with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and driving sales performance. As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing a loyal client portfolio, and delivering an exceptional luxury experience. You will also contribute to the smooth daily operations of the boutique, upholding the prestigious standards of the brand.
Responsibilities
Sales Achievement & Client Development
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, as set by management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, both in-store and through external engagement representing the organization.
- Proactively expand the client base by attracting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Drive high-value sales in the areas of fine watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Deliver personalized, exceptional service to every client, ensuring a memorable luxury experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and share the rich history and heritage of the Maison.
- Support clients with ongoing customer service, before and after sales, ensuring their continued satisfaction.
- Uphold the Maison’s reputation by maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
- Leveraging storytelling and embracing the role of story-maker to create the most luxurious experience for our clients
