From the Philadelphia hospitality group CookNSolo behind celebrated restaurants Zahav, Laser Wolf, Goldie and K’Far; Jaffa Bar is hiring an experienced front-of-house manager to join our team. This person will join a management team whose mission is to create a safe and caring environment for the staff, so that they can extend that care to our guests.

- Work closely with the other FOH and kitchen managers to oversee service, train staff, communicate with the kitchen team, and handle administrative tasks
- Have a desire to learn, a strong sense of empathy & hospitality, enjoys interacting with people and working in a fast-paced environment
- Lead by example at all times
- Touch all tables and make connections with guests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and rectify any negative impressions
- Guarantee product quality and service standards are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with the entire management team, corporate team and ownership to develop, implement and execute restaurant priorities
- Help to hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively, and take corrective action as necessary, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy

Starting salary is $60,000 , based on experience.
