Job Description:
JAG Floors and Restoration is looking for skilled epoxy floor installers to join our team! We specialize in high-quality epoxy coatings for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. If you have experience installing epoxy flooring and take pride in delivering top-tier workmanship, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
¢ Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including grinding, cleaning, and repairing imperfections
¢ Mix and apply epoxy coatings, metallics, flake systems, and other decorative finishes
¢ Ensure proper curing times and finishing techniques
¢ Operate hand tools, grinders, and other necessary equipment
¢ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
¢ Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time and with high quality
Requirements:
¢ Experience in epoxy flooring installation is required
¢ Ability to use grinders, trowels, squeegees, and other tools
¢ Knowledge of surface preparation and epoxy mixing ratios
¢ Strong attention to detail and quality
¢ Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
¢ Reliable transportation to job sites
¢ Must be punctual, hardworking, and professional
