Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers in the service drive and service lounge to discuss possible trade up opportunities.
- Mark down and track every customer that provided an exchange opportunity.
- Transition Customers to Sales to conduct test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management tool for efficient follow up and tracking.
- Eblasts, Personal Emails and Phone follow up with current or recent visitors.
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
- Make outbound sales call to potential trade up customers.

Qualifications
- Proficient in basic computer, typing and phone skills.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus.
- Smiling is a requirement.
- Must exhibit stellar customer service skills (in person and through written communication)
- Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships.
- Must be able to maintain positive partnerships with staff
- E Lead and Reynolds experience is a PLUS!
- Bi-lingual is not required however is a plus.
- Must be at least eighteen years of age.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
