- Provides consultation and guidance to colleagues and other healthcare professionals on occupational therapy practices and protocols.
- Recruits, trains, and supervises support staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Contributes to the development of educational programs and materials, sharing expertise and knowledge with students, peers, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant state.
