Your Role as a Rehabilitation Care Professional
As a licensed Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, devising creative treatment plans, and executing them on a daily basis. You will collect and record patient care data, prepare for evaluations, and select and administer tests and measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation results and goals
- Provide interventions to patients that are safe, effective, and in compliance with JAG standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and their support systems to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records of patient care data, billing, and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree required; Doctorate degree preferred
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing
- Valid CPR License
- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software is preferred
