Job Summary
Jagalchi Daly City is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Affairs Manager Assistant to support the daily operations of our administrative, facility management, and IT functions. This role will assist the General Affairs Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of business activities, office management, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Support
- Assist in managing office operations, supplies, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained work environment.
- Support communication between departments and coordinate internal administrative processes.
- Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and other documentation.
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Vendor & Facility Coordination
- Assist in coordinating with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, equipment, and supply management.
- Help oversee building maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and track office expenditures, budgeting, and cost control.
IT Support & System Maintenance
- Provide basic IT support for employees, including troubleshooting computer, printer, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of office IT equipment and software.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers for more complex technical issues.
- Ensure data security and system backups are conducted regularly.
HR & Employee Support
- Provide support for HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communications.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
Operational Support
- Work closely with various departments to facilitate daily operations and special projects.
- Support logistics, procurement, and inventory management for office and business needs.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for employees as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in administrative support, office management, general affairs, or IT support preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting, networking, and software installation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and vendors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business tools.
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus but not required.
