Major Function:
Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronics diagnostics using a variety of indicators, gauges, and test equipment. ( dial indicators, bore gauges, hardness tester, multi-meters, meggers, etc.).
Repair of mechanical, electrical and electronics on production equipment by adjusting, repairing, or replacing components.
Design and fabrication of components required for repair, modification and installation of equipment and improvement projects.
Participate in cross functional troubleshooting and planning activities.
Read mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and process schematics and other procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance according to maintenance schedule or as necessary.
Occupation includes a requirement to follow Environmental Health & Safety procedures.
Position requires demonstrated skill in the areas industrial maintenance with attention given to the ability to be self-motivated, self-directed and able to perform effective diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of equipment specific to Jagemann Stamping Company.
EDUCATION: High School diploma. Specialized vocational training in an area such as mechanics, welding, machine repair, etc. is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience desired, additional electrical experience is a plus.
Second shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday - Friday
Starting wages dependent on skills and experience. Second shift receives 7.5% shift premium.
