Deal Desk Sales Operations Specialist (Remote - EST Preferred)

As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, the Deal Desk Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in enabling sales success, ensuring data integrity, and driving operational efficiency across the quote-to-cash process. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enforce compliance, and provide strategic support throughout the sales lifecycle.

Principal Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Support Sales with the quote-to-contract process. Create opportunities and quotes, add products, pricing, and manage approvals. Support with contract generation and signatures. • Engage internal resources for opportunity support for non-standard requests.• Enforce standard business processes & rules. Monitor Compliance and work with management in areas where we see poor performance.• Support in post-closed/won activities, including cleaning data and making sure it's accurate based on what was sold. • Salesforce administrative management of user base properties (roles, hierarchies, views, etc…) • Salesforce process functionality management, including process design and streamlining to ensure best practices. To include management of objects, layouts, views, fields, triggers, etc…• Analytical and statistical support to the sales team by delivering consistent, accurate and timely analyzes, reports and data summaries to sales, finance and/or the executive team.

Position Requirements

Required Experience:

• 5 years of experience in a software company, preferably in sales operations or a similar role.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Must be willing to take a hands-on approach to assessing and resolving complex situations, or escalate to resolve.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, energetic team player.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficient with Salesforce.com and MS Office
