Our mobile gym service is currently seeking a Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. A Personal Trainer is responsible for creating a well-balanced personal exercise plan that meets the client's needs, monitoring the client's progress, and troubleshooting when necessary to ensure they are meeting their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Teach clients how to use exercise equipment safely and correctly.
- Drive the mobile gym to clients for in home personal training.
- Help clients set goals and monitor their progress.
- Recommend and provide exercises based on clients' age, weight, and health status.
- Provide feedback and support to clients.
- Create workout plans according to the needs and abilities of the client.
- Recommend diet changes to clients who want to lose weight.
- Help clients achieve weight loss by eating a healthy diet and exercising.
- Sell personal training packages
- Weekly marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer certification
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Expertise in program design and body mechanics
- Experience in sports coaching and group fitness
- Ability to effectively sell fitness programs and services
- Background in physical education and health club operations
- Proven track record in assisting clients with weight loss goals
Other Details:
- Company Vehicle supplied & associated expenses covered by Jagged Fitness LLC
- Intended full time schedule is about 40 sessions/week. In order to achieve this schedule it will require flexibility in working hours based on availability of clients.
