Our client is a rapidly growing CPG manufacturer based in Burnaby, BC. We are recruiting for a Marketing Director to join their team, where you'll be managing a team of two people.
On-site role - 5x/week. 100-120K Total Cash Comp Equity.
Responsibilities:
Manage all marketing activities and evaluate ROI.
Oversee content, improvements and maintenance of the company website.
Lead development and execution of social media content calendar.
Coordinate B2B lead generation activities.
Handle PR and key Influencer relationships.
Support sales team with educational content.
Elevate brand recognition in target markets.
Build relationships via trade shows, conferences, etc.
Develop marketing assets like brochures, pitch decks, etc.
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in B2B marketing - CPG Experience a strong asset.
Proficiency in campaign and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering or related field.
