● Address client concerns and provide solutions to retain their business.
● Maintain accurate records of communications and payment agreements.
● Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the importance of timely payments.
● Utilize proficient typing and computer skills for documentation and data entry.
Qualifications:
