YOUR ROLE
This is a full-time, in-office administrative position, working Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
As our Office Administrator, your role is at the heart of keeping our operations running seamlessly. Each day, you'll be the friendly, professional voice that answers incoming calls, ensuring customers feel heard and supported. You'll handle important paperwork and verify tech notes, making sure everything is accurate and up to date. Supporting the branch manager, you'll assist with crucial administrative tasks and help plan and coordinate weekly meetings that keep our team on track. Every six weeks, you'll be the after-hours point of contact-earning additional compensation for your time. Your ability to stay organized, anticipate needs, and ensure efficiency will make you an essential part of our team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as an admin
- Experience answering customer calls
