Reporting to the Brand Director for Defender / Discovery, the successful candidate will support the Director with analytics for business performance, global business initiatives, and internal and external presentation materials.
What you will be doing :
- Developing cross-platform strategies across Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender and Discovery based on competitive analysis and emerging trends on subject matters such as infotainment, telematics, powertrain and accessories.
- Managing the financial planning process by providing analytical support to product managers regarding segment forecasts, market share development, lifecycle actions, and option planning.
- Representing the US in global meetings for cross-carline topics.
- As subject matter expert, the Manager will be defining, communicating and instilling overall product positioning and communication strategy that is then duplicated in every external effort.
- Representing the Company and product at external events. Engaging with retailers and customers to understand opportunities for feature / product enhancement.
- Managing and supporting full-time staff, while investing in personal development and growth.
- Performing other duties as required.

Recruitment Salary Range :
107,500-$150,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical / health, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick / personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
