What you will be doing :

• Own discussions and strategies that facilitate collaboration with global teams from product, engineering, and design
• Define and present user experiences and concepts to stakeholders that champion the best possible user experience
• Work collaboratively with other products to ensure holistic, human-centered UX
• Guide UX and non-UX teams through design activities—across a variety of modalities and use cases—to establish and refine our digital product vision
• Take an active role in working closely with product owners and discipline leads to define product requirements
• Define and promote standard design principles and ways of working
• Work closely with UX research team to understand user behaviors and needs
• Mentor other UX team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
