What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Clerk position at Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead?
We are looking for an addition to our growing accounting department. Title Clerk is responsible for processing vehicle registration and titles using the respective states/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while satisfying Arrowhead’s policies. This is a traditional accounting role that also handles vehicle title and registrations for the dealership.
Areas of Responsibility
· Accurately process incoming titles daily, working in a timely manner to change ownership into customer or Dealerships name.
· Process vehicle registration and title paperwork on all new and preowned vehicles sold.
· Ensure all liens are quickly and accurately placed on titles.
· Troubleshoot and problem solving of any specific issues related to titles; including odometer discrepancies and lien issues.
· Transfer ownership of all pre-owned incoming inventory into dealership name.
· Maintains strict compliance with all title laws and filing requirements.
· Timely and accurately pre-stock vehicle inventory
· Daily Responsibilities
o Update notes for all three stores in dealer-ops for all completed title work from day prior.
o Enter used car license fees. All vehicles over 5 days or that have a balance
o Sort and update notes for all incoming trade jackets
o Process dealer reassignment transfer (DRT) for trades received. Update notes in AU.
o Process incoming title work for all three stores
o Check funding/ Verify lien holder
o Match title work to trade jacket to MCO
o Upload and submit all funded title work to AADA
o Submit all out of state flips to AADA
o Complete any new DRT’s
o Sort any new title work and trade jackets that came in throughout the day
o Check DRT pending drawer to see if any trades are completed.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
