We are seeking an experienced Auto Technician to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis . As a Full-Time Auto Technician, you will have a flexible schedule and work within a great location. You will have the opportunity to earn an average of $45 per hour through a base plus commission pay structure. Responsibilities :
Perform routine maintenance and repair work on Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles, following dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technology
Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate and detailed reports to customers
Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors on vehicle repairs and maintenance needs
Complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and dealership policies and procedures
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
ASE certification preferred
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technology
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing repairs and conducting inspections
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
