Location: Jaguar Land Rover Portland Schedule: Full-time | Tuesday – Saturday Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually

What You’ll Do:
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill parts orders for service technicians.
- Provide timely, professional communication regarding parts needs.
- Recommend appropriate parts and accessories for repair jobs.
- Accurately price and document parts on repair orders.
- Keep parts inventory, catalogs, and systems up to date.
- Deliver outstanding customer service—both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area for customers.
- Work with the Parts Manager to help meet sales and service goals.
- Handle deliveries, returns, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism.
