Description
Land Rover Southampton is seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our team.
As Receptionist , you are often the first person the customer sees or speaks within the dealership and or Service and Parts department. As a result, you have an opportunity to make a strong, professional impression on every customer you come in contact with in a way that reflects not only upon the dealership, but upon the entire brand. Your role is to welcome customers to the dealership, to direct them to the person who can best meet their needs and to monitor the flow of customer traffic in the showroom and on the lot.
As part of your commitment to deliver an exceptional experience, you are expected to meet or exceed dealership objectives.
- Greeting all customers promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring that customers receive accurate, prompt assistance.
- Acknowledging that assistance during management follow-up calls is essential to the success of this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
As Receptionist, you are expected to treat every customer as you would a guest in your home. The Receptionist's responsibilities generally include the following :
