Job Title: Vice President, Network Development & Training
Location: Mahwah, NJ
As a key executive position on the JLR North America board, the Vice President of Network Development & Training will have strategic and operational responsibility for ensuring that the US market's retailer network is structured, resourced and motivated to deliver performance to the highest standards and in a manner fully supportive of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing the market representation strategy including the implementation of the network plan to support future business plan aspirations (5-10 year strategic review)
- Developing appropriate tools for determining retailer investment, size, capacity, staffing and an appropriate return on investment
- Identifying and assessing candidates for new markets through a robust process that establishes the right partners in the right locations, supporting the premium market position
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is desirable
- Strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels within the organization and network
- Experience in Automotive Franchise Management is required
Compensation:
$156,500 - $204,000 per year
