We are seeking a driven Customer Relations Associate to join our team and embark on an exciting career in customer service, relations and sales.
As a Customer Relations Associate at our company, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers of Frontier’s internet services to manage customer interactions. The Customer Relations Associate provides knowledge on products and services available to them, and ultimately assists throughout the entire sales cycle with the goal of maintaining positive relationships. The Customer Relations Associate will have the opportunity to build and develop new business skills that exceed just the customer relations and sales department. The Customer Relations Associate will also work with our top account managers, lead customer service representatives to resolve customer service issues so being solution oriented is a plus.
Customer Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers by asking them questions about their current provider while actively listening to understand what services they are requesting
- Respond to all customers with knowledge insight on how Frontiers products work, the speeds generated in their area, and the service delivery timeline
- Able to highlight the benefits and features our products can provide customers along with any upgrades and promotions that are available in their account
- Listen to customer needs and tailor the sales solutions based on their requirements and demands
- Be a part of the sales cycles for customers by closing a sale and ensuring customer satisfaction so they know you are there for support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information in a professional manner and confidentiality
Qualifications for the Customer Relations Associate Role:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer questions and troubleshoot rapidly
- Ability to connect with customers to build relations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales and relation strategies
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Previous customer relations, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Having prior or current knowledge in technology, telecommunications, or internet devices is a plus for the role

Pay: $52,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
