What a Day in This Role Looks Like:
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Showcase and explain wireless plans, internet services, and devices in a clear and approachable way.
- Process all new sales activations, wireless devices, internets, and service requests for customers
- Assist customers with account inquiries, plan upgrades, and service selections while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities to introduce new products and services that align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to hit personal and team goals, contributing to a positive and energetic workplace.
Qualifications and Requirements:.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required.
