Job Description Job DescriptionAn engaging and very busy business and real estate litigation firm is seeking an attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California, with 4 - 5 years of civil litigation experience .You will have hands-on experience from the get-go, working on existing and new litigation matters, developing and executing case strategies and plans, handling all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, pretrial and trial work), and developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships.
