ORIENTATION PROCESS

• 1-day paid orientation held in Chicago ($150 per driver)
• Urinalysis scheduled locally before travel
• Flights booked upon receiving results
• Immediate dispatch upon orientation completion

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A (team drivers only)
• Lead driver: 2 years of experience
• Co-driver: 1 year of experience
• Clean MVR and background
• Reefer experience preferred (training available if needed)
