ORIENTATION PROCESS
- 1-day paid orientation held in Chicago ($150 per driver)
- Urinalysis scheduled locally before travel
- Flights booked upon receiving results
- Immediate dispatch upon orientation completion
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A (team drivers only)
- Lead driver: 2 years of experience
- Co-driver: 1 year of experience
- Clean MVR and background
- Reefer experience preferred (training available if needed)
