Primary Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and clearly to support requests, setting realistic expectations for resolution times and keeping clients informed.
- Debug and resolve client-reported application and database issues, performing regular system performance reviews and security assessments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and secure code on your own and through pair programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve applications, proactively maintaining systems for high performance, security, and availability.
- Contribute to internal documentation and support frameworks, sharing insights with team members.
- Manage client communications, addressing support tickets and inquiries while balancing scope, budget, and timelines.
- Familiarity with browser and developer tools to help troubleshoot and debug issues
- Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
- Experience developing software using ASP.NET (C#) and SQL Server (or another relational database)
- Experience with .NET Core, MVC, and web forms
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and/or Vue
- Experience working with the Twitter bootstrap framework
- Experience developing applications residing in Azure
- Experience with version control tools like GitHub
- Experience with Visual Studio
- Experience with DevOps
- Excellent communication
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience working in an agency environment (as opposed to a SaaS/product environment)
