Position: Graphic Designer (Remote)
Part Time
Compensation: $25-$30/hour, up to 20 hours a week
Reports to: Vice President
Overview: At Jairus, our design team is responsible for developing a variety of graphic design projects, including brand development, ad campaigns, digital media assets, email setup, newsletters, website design, video development, brochures white papers, case studies and more.
This role works closely with the account management team to develop and execute graphic design projects based on client objectives. The ideal candidate understands the digital marketing industry, has a passion for healthcare, is slightly obsessed with helping clients succeed and thrives in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
Responsibilities: Example responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
- Support graphic design efforts across a variety of client needs, including social/digital assets, infographics, white papers, case studies, email marketing campaigns, branding, brochures, collateral and more.
- Collaborate with the account management team to meet client objectives for graphic design projects
- Consistently meet project deadlines and log time via our project management system
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Relevant graphic design experience demonstrated through a portfolio of work
- Familiarity with design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and other platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude coupled with a great work ethic is a must
- Collaborative and respectful team player
Minimum Job Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified for graphic design. Experience in a digital marketing agency preferred. Must be passionate about client service and have a desire to improve in all duties and responsibilities specified.

Schedule & Logistics: This is a fully remote position. Our core business hours are 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Central. Team members are expected to provide their own computer/Internet access.
