As our Logistics and Freight Coordinator, you’ll support the Director of Distribution and Warehouse and our Purchasing Department in managing the flow of goods across the globe. From scheduling shipments to ensuring compliance and analyzing logistics data, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate Shipments: Manage inbound and outbound logistics for domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure Compliance: Prepare shipping documentation and ensure adherence to trade regulations.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
- Analyze & Improve: Monitor shipment performance, analyze logistics data, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support Operations: Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams to streamline logistics activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management, including international shipping and customs.
- Strong knowledge of LTL, FTL, and containerized shipping.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain on-call when needed.
