LJS Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for Restaurant Managers for our Kimball Long John Silvers location! If you are ready for a career in restaurant management, our Restaurant Manager position is the right place to start.

Restaurant Shift Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensures that Team Members are performing their assigned tasks.
• Ensure that all employees present a neat clean appearance and wear company uniform.
• Ensure that the customer needs are the highest priority.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Maintain positive customer relations and resolve complaints quickly.
• Greet customers with a smile, be polite when speaking with customers.
• Work with urgency, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work as a team with other employees
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers.

Additional Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks.
• Act and maintain a high activity level.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM on the performance of Team Members.
• Actively participate in the training of Team Members
• Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed.
• Perform other duties as required by manager; such as inventories, deposits, etc..

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
