With a Bachelor's Degree from Metro State University and a proud legacy as a second-generation State Farm representative, I bring a lifetime of experience in the insurance industry. As an active member of the Perham Area Chamber of Commerce and a certified Minnesota Notary Public, I’m dedicated to serving our community both professionally and personally. I am also on the Chamber Board and Chair of the Perham Event Committee.

Our team utilizes extensive knowledge in auto, home, life, and health insurance to ensure that our customers in Perham and the surrounding areas are well-protected and financially secure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Host community events/sponsorships with Agent and team.
- Make outbound calls to new prospects and setting IFRs (Insurance Financial Reviews) with current clients.
- Hit monthly production goals.
- Taking inbound calls to service the existing book of business.
- Assisting with walk-in appointments.
- Market products and services based on customer needs.
- Onboarding new clients to our Agency by using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
