Responsibilities
- Meet property and casualty goals by prospecting for new clients.
- Help clients understand their life insurance needs and options.
- Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources (COI).
- Assist with client retention efforts to ensure long-term relationships.
- Cross-sell various lines of insurance to meet clients needs.
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly quote and sales targets.
- Actively participate in all agency meetings and training sessions.
- Candidate must have an active property and casualty license to be considered.
- Highly motivated with a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong networking and people skills with a large natural market.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection with a winning attitude.
