Location : Winlock, Washington Distribution Center

Job Summary :
The Reach Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, and stack products in the distribution center. The role requires precise attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management, adherence to safety protocols, and timely order fulfillment. The Reach Driver works closely with other warehouse team members to support overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate a reach truck to move products throughout the warehouse, including placing and retrieving items from high shelves.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers with inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform product stocking, organizing inventory, and rotating stock as needed.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in line with company standards.
- Inspect and maintain the reach truck and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in conducting inventory counts and checks as needed to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other warehouse personnel to ensure efficient and timely operations.
