Job Summary:
Jake's Heating, Air, & Plumbing is seeking a proactive and results-driven Comfort Advisor to join our growing team in Knightstown, Indiana. This full-time, individual contributor role will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to potential clients in the heating, air, and plumbing industry. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through outbound sales efforts, referral programs, and networking events.
- Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to determine the heating, air, and plumbing needs of potential customers.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to potential clients, explaining the benefits and features of our services.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes to potential clients, outlining the scope of work and pricing.
- Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local market and competition to inform sales strategies and target potential leads.
- Collaborate with our team of technicians to ensure smooth communication and an exceptional customer experience.
- Utilize a CRM to track sales progress and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heating, air, or plumbing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using a CRM and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
