Immediate opening for a bilingual Payroll/HR manager.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- fluent in English and Spanish
- experience processing payroll for over 100 employees
- onboarding new employees
- Up-to-date knowledge of state and federal labor laws
- managing health insurance and 401K plans
- professional communication skills
Payroll processing through third-party payroll service PayChex
P&L financial reconciliation
Bank statement reconciliation
Monthly financial statement preparation
Working with the company’s outside CPA firm.
Software requirements
(3) years minimum experience processing payroll thru (Paychex)
Strong working background using Microsoft Office products, and Excel spreadsheet sheet proficiency required
Competitive salary and benefits.
