Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support any and all administrative tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, problems-solving, self starting, outcome driven not hour driven, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Make critical decisions without direction
- Manage client files and problem solve for situations
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Perform all admin tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, assist in preparing documents for the file.
- Act as the point of contact between clients and agent.
- Handling time sensitive files
Experience
- Upon hiring, paid training will be provided. Candidates should possess basic computer skills necessary for email communication and document preparation.
- All applicants are expected to be a good communicator and be able to handle all personalities and diffuse situations.
- Having a real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.
