JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of JDE Business Analysis Manager.
Responsibilities Include
- Support company-wide projects related to the JDE applications, including but not limited to developing and maintaining reports and interfaces, project migrations and provide functional and technical support
- Serve as a Business Analyst for JDE Enterprise One and other supporting business applications and support end users with application related issues
- Develop functional and technical requirements, specification, and end user documentation
- Effectively communicate, work with and liaise between internal JDE clients (management, staff, and end users), JDE support team members (management and staff), other IT groups and 3rd-party vendors
- Participate in Integration Testing, including development of test plans, test cases and scenarios and documentation of results, and conducts user acceptance testing
- Analyze and document relevant business processes
- Train end users to operate new or modified programs
- Take ownership of IT general controls (ITGC) and ensure compliance with SOX
Skills & Experience Required
- In-depth knowledge of JDE Enterprise One 9.x Modules: Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Advanced Pricing
- Advanced knowledge of the JDE database structures and how the application uses the database
- Experience with integrating data with applications outside JDE, e.g., Concur, Banking Systems, EDI (Cleo), Power BI, etc.
- Ability to understand the user requirements and communicate them in an appropriate manner to development processes
- Good written and oral communication skills, including development of project documentation, presentation materials, and status reporting
- Demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (i.e., process flow definition, data flow diagramming, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT personnel
- Accessible to be on-call beyond normal business hours and on weekends
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- 8 years of Business Analysis Domain configuring the J.D. Edwards ERP System, preferably with 9.2 or above tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
