You’re a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting and are eager to turn customer concepts into production-ready designs while ensuring the highest quality standards. You’re looking for mentorship and professional development, with a goal of becoming a highly skilled designer in the sports apparel industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Vectorize & Refine: Convert raster graphics into high-quality vector art using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Enhance & Modify: Rework and adapt existing designs to ensure seamless integration across multiple products.
  • Ensure Print Perfection: Conduct preflight checks on customer-submitted designs to confirm they meet print production standards.
  • Assist & Guide Customers: Provide design-related support through our ProAssist chat center, offering expert advice and solutions.
  • File Management & Preparation: Organize, prepare, and publish final design files for print and online design platforms.
  • Special Projects: Support the creative team with new design concepts, marketing materials, and template creation based on performance and capacity.

What You Bring

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator – You’re quick, efficient, and know best practices like layering, grouping, working with bleeds, embedding, and expanding graphics.
Attention to Detail – Accuracy is everything when preparing files for print. You have a sharp eye for inconsistencies.
Time Management & Efficiency – You can balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Superior Communication Skills – Whether working with customers or teammates, you’re professional, clear, and helpful.
Mac OSX Experience – You’re comfortable working on a Mac-based system.
Passion & Willingness to Learn – You’re eager to absorb new skills and be mentored by experienced designers.
Positive, “Go-Get-’Em” Attitude – You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and take initiative.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with print production processes and understanding of color management.
  • Knowledge of sportswear design or an interest in cycling, running, or Nordic skiing.
  • Familiarity with file preparation for sublimation printing.
