Blue Swell in Panama City Beach, FL is looking for laundry attendants to join our strong team. We are located at 17633 Ashley Dr. Ste B. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Laundry/Warehouse attendant Varied duties never will you be bored
Responsibilities
Deliver items to condos/houses
Light maintenance such as changing light bulbs in a high ceiling
Putting together furniture and other items
Removing furniture from units when they renovate
Carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, rug cleaning
Light painting of baseboards assist maintenance techs as needed
Pressure washer for driveways and patios
Able to load and unload commercial washers and dryers
Keep Warehouse and laundry room clean as well as a break room and restrooms
Keep track of linen inventory and damaged linen on MAC computer
Able to read/write
· Sorts all linen and separates and treats all stains.
· Lifts clean, wet articles from washer and place them into dryers for measured time cycles.
· Sorts dried articles according to type.
· Folds and places items in appropriate locations for storage.
· Handles contaminated articles per company and OSHA standards.
· Follow all company safety and procedure standards at all times.
· Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time.
· Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional at all times.
· Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a drug test/background check/have a valid driver's license and SS #
- Ability to lift, push, pull or move up to 50 pounds, be detail-oriented, and organized.
