**Job Title: Onboarding Specialist - Vacation Rental Management**

We specialize in managing a diverse portfolio of vacation properties, ensuring seamless bookings, exceptional guest stays, and maximum returns for property owners. Must be able to work weekends during season and have two days off during the week.
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in welcoming new property owners to our management services. Your primary responsibility will be to guide property owners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for a successful partnership. You will also need to know how to stage a property for photos, make beds, decorate while being extremely detail oriented with computer entry. Must be able to multi task in a fast pace environment and be able to jump from one project to another without getting confused. Team player needs to be able to assist others where needed occasionally. Assist the VP with real estate leads and be able to call potential clients and owners about their needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Owner Onboarding:** Serve as the primary point of contact for new property owners, guiding them through the onboarding process from contract signing to property listing activation.
2. **Documentation and Compliance:** Collect and review all necessary documentation from property owners, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Entering all information into the website and adding to all channels.
3. **Property Setup:** Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely setup of new properties on our rental management platform, including property listings, pricing, and availability calendars. Manage putting properties onto all the proper channels, entering account information in the property management system with no errors very critical we get them entered correctly, Must be able to type efficently.
Work with marketing to advertise properties, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
4. **Training and Support:** Provide training and ongoing support to property owners on using our management platform, optimizing property listings, and maximizing rental income.
5. **Relationship Management:** Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, serving as their advocate within the company and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
6. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with vacation rental industry trends and platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
